I love this post :)
I fell into an unintentional clean bulk and felt like I wasn’t making any progress, but then it’s a great mistake God planned out for me. I’m so excited for my PLANNED cutting phase this sembreak!!

OMG <3
With tears in my eyes after putting these two together, i want to let you all know something. If you want something bad enough.. you will go get it. No if’s, no buts, no maybes. This doesn’t mean you won’t have a week off, you won’t have numerous days of feeling like a failure and you won’t have days where you feel like you’re not supposed to be a particular shape or size. But it means that you’ll have THE MOST AMAZING days, continuous feelings of success and of progression, endorphin highs and those god damn PLANNED cheat days. I may not be anywhere near my best but I can’t tell you more than i already have how much it is doable. Your body is capable of anything aslong as you believe. As long as you believe 100% in yourself. You deserve to feel enough self love to achieve your dreams and more. Don’t let anyone tell you you cannot do it, including yourself. Cause i swear it, you can do ANYTHING you want to do. You are worthy, and you are god damn fucking important. There is a reason why believe and achieve sound so similar. Now go get into beast mode.
This is incredible dedication! LOOK AT HOW GREAT SHE LOOKS.
THANKYOU SO MUCH!

Hi guys!
I’m back!!! :)
Gosh, I missed this place. Sorry I was gone for awhile. For a moment there, I was in deep frustration because my weight plateaued even though I got significantly smaller. Nothing to be discouraged of :) I can write on and on about how bad I felt, but I feel better now, and it’d prolong this blog post. I’ll be posting pictures soon!

So yeah I guess I’ve been a bit hesitant on how I post here, I’m anon, and I’m not yet where I want to be but I am a lot closer. Last week I learned that fitness is like a relationship, you have to be willing to put in the time and the work. I’ll be on a 10 month transformation, and by the 10th month I will be where I want to be. Self doubts have been coming in, I feel like I haven’t been seeing changes, so for next week I’m cooking differently. I’ll try to start my days earlier too, just because. I will eat for results, sleep for results and train for results. I don’t wanna come down to the next summer thinking I could’ve done more.
Last week was really challenging :(

Hi, I'm a 19 year old graphic artist from Manila and this is my fitness journey.
I promise to come back to that beach I went to, toned and swimsuit worthy. I was never athletic my entire life, but I was never fat either. I'm 5'0 (hence PETITE FITNESS) and my usual weight would bounce around 100-107, but I was never firm. Until I had too much fun in college and I reached 136. I'm around 118 now, and I'm into boxing, HIIT and I'm starting Muay Thai. I'm eating clean too (cut out booze, processed etc.) I'll be posting progress, food and quotes here. In the meantime, I'd like to stay anonymous. Stay with me.
Love,
P
